YEAH Strengthens European Partnerships for Inclusion and Diversity in Dublin

YEAH Strengthens European Partnerships for Inclusion and Diversity in Dublin

YEAH was pleased to contribute to the Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnerships (KA2): Inclusion & Diversity Partnership-Building Activity, which took place from 22–24 September 2025 in Dublin, Ireland.

Organised by Leargas, Ireland’s National Agency for Erasmus+, the event brought together representatives from youth, adult education, vocational education and training (VET), and school sectors who share a common commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity through European cooperation.

As an organisation actively involved in developing Erasmus+ projects across multiple sectors, YEAH joined the activity to exchange experiences, strengthen existing partnerships, and explore new opportunities for collaboration under the Erasmus+ Small-Scale Partnerships framework. The seminar provided a valuable space for organisations to discuss innovative approaches to inclusion, learn from successful projects, and jointly develop ideas that respond to the needs of diverse communities across Europe.

Throughout the programme, participants engaged in practical workshops, networking sessions, and discussions focused on designing high-quality Erasmus+ projects that place inclusion and diversity at their core. Particular attention was given to supporting organisations that are new to Erasmus+ funding, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to participate in international cooperation projects.

For YEAH, the activity represented an important opportunity to contribute its experience in youth empowerment, social inclusion, digital participation, and international project development while also learning from partners working in different educational sectors. The cross-sectoral nature of the seminar highlighted the importance of collaboration between youth organisations, schools, adult education providers, and vocational training institutions in creating more accessible and inclusive learning opportunities.

The discussions and partnerships developed during the event will contribute to YEAH’s ongoing efforts to design and implement projects that address barriers to participation, promote equal opportunities, and empower young people and communities with fewer opportunities.

We would like to thank Leargas and all participating organisations for creating an inspiring environment for cooperation, learning, and partnership development. The connections established in Dublin will continue to support future Erasmus+ initiatives that strengthen inclusion, diversity, and active participation across Europe.

Through events such as this, YEAH continues to expand its European network and contribute to building a more inclusive, equitable, and connected Europe.
